In today’s high-pressure work scenarios and hectic life, wearing the hat of a leader comes with its own challenges. Leaders are suffering from burnout too, and they can’t be change makers if they’re struggling to keep up with the demands of their job.

Having realised the increasing pressures of post-pandemic workspace climate, we at Café Light have developed a comprehensive Wellbeing Programme for Leaders, to help them balance power and benevolence with comfort, ease and glory.

This Program harnesses timeless wisdom, innovative processes and techniques to help the Leaders create a workplace that nurtures positivity, enhances creativity, inculcates team spirit, and boosts productivity. It equips Leaders with the best tools for mindful conscious leadership, with techniques to overcome stress on a day-to-day basis and many innovative practices to operate from their highest potential.

Conscious leadership is an approach to leadership which focuses on self-awareness, responsibility and team-centricity. A conscious leader is one who’s aware of the various people they lead, their   role as leaders, how they impact other people and the extent to which all their successes are collaborative efforts.

Conscious leaders are masters of self-awareness and continuously practice mindfulness. This enables them to regulate their emotions and (eventually) not have knee jerk reactions or the need to defend themselves. This is an all-encompassing program, that takes care of Leaders’ Well-being at mind, body, energy and spirit level.

We have curated a series of workshops where we teach different self-healing techniques, mindfulness/awareness tools, energy enhancing techniques and goal-manifestation tools. Also, if individual need-specific solutions are required, then we can do individual one-on-one sessions to help them resolve stress triggers/situations and enhance their happiness quotient.
